There are so many names and descriptions for beach and swim cover-ups it's crazy! Here are a few for starters: Beach Robes, Swim Robes, Rash Vests, Rash Guards, Beach Ponchos, Hooded Towels, Peasant Tops, Terry Dresses, Kaftans, Beach Dresses, Smock Shirts, Tunics, Beach Hoodies...

Now of course there are cross overs and there is no 'statue of features' for these types of garments. We figure there are four main groups namely:
Robes, Jackets and Hooded Towels
Ponchos, Kaftans, Tunics and Hoodies
Beach Dresses, Peasant tops, and Terry Slip ons
Rash vests, rash guards and Rashies
